Value vs. cost sounds useful to me. How can the cost be updated when the project updates, so it fits the project on the long term? I think that the time for installation will change far more often than the overall value.

Sounds like a great idea! But (there's almost always a but) are there other similarly important information for users which could be included? I think that giving the setup-time would help ... [More] projects which focus on being easy to use, but then it could just as well go into the general rating. Do you think that the question is important enough to users to stand alone, or are there other similar questions which could be combined to a generalized user questionaire? [Less]

Hi Robin: First another thing: I just replaced the old git mirror for Mercurial with the actual development repository, and the LOC have doubled, so I assume that ohloh might just have combined the ... [More] source history, but didn't remove the history of the git mirror when I deleted the enlistment. About pyMM: A timeout is likely, though I tried to add the enlistment a few times and it never worked (while others from freehg.org worked). It could just have been bad luck / statistics :) Since it worked just now, I'm quite certain that it was statistics... sorry for the incomplete bug report. freehg.org is quite overloaded at times - I don't think it was ever meant to serve as many repositories as it does now. For new projects I now use bitbucket.org, which is quite fast, especially when accessing it via SSH :) [Less]

I added the enlistments for Mercurial and TortoiseHG as well as for three of my own projects (rpg-1d6, community_codeswarm and pyMM). I had a problem with pyMM, though, since the server didn't take ... [More] the repository http://freehg.org/u/ArneBab/pymm_example/ , though I can easily clone it with Mercurial. [Less]

How about this: 5€ for Mercurial support till Xmas. If I get my present, you get yours :) (Yes, this is a promise. If you integrate Mercurial till Xmas, you get 5€ from me, no (other) strings ... [More] attached, and I keep my promises.) @everyone else: Why don't you join in to make Mercurial support worth their while? I'm just a student, else I'd give more, but I think if everyone in this thread gives just humble 5€, Mercurial support till Xmas should pay off quite well for ohloh directly (on the long run Mercurial support will pay off anyway, but if they need some incentive to put it on the "important AND pressing" list, why don't we offer that?)
