I'm curious, does the comment-count for Lisp code take docstrings into account? Most/all Lisp definition macros and special forms take an optional docstring to describe the purpose of whatever is ... [More] being defined (sort of like an in-language version of Javadoc), and it might be meaningful to consider these strings to be comments (even if they aren't comments in the strictest sense of the word).
