Taking knowledge gained from the WsService project, this work adds the dynamic loading of service plugins to build out a REST API to serve as enpoints for external support applications. This project was superseded by the present dynamic plugin service in OpenSim core. The present system provides a full Robust Connector/Service/Handler stack dynamically along with modular configuration.
