About Me
I'm a computational biologist. I spent several years at Washington University in Saint Louis, first as a student and then on staff at the Genome Sequencing Center.
Since 2007, I have been in Erik Sonnhammer's lab at the Stockholm Bioinformatics Center where I am doing a PhD in computational biology.
