updating the website administration manual (http://pulse.torweg.org/manual) for #pulse. This includes an update secondary navigation for the manual (done), a browsing navigation at the bottom of each page (done) and more descriptive summaries for the overview pages (in progress).
we are also updating the internal search to allow on demand previews using a bit of #jquery magic :)
