Yes, case 3 is not found in every IE7. At my work I use Vista Ultimate x64 and at home I use Windows XP x64, and vista IE7 is seams to be rendering properly.

Hi, I registered my WordPress plugin GD Star Rating today, and Code Analysis reports that project has over 130000 lines, but it has infact 15000 lines (counter all files except images).
