At my current day job, I do a lot of internal web development and data visualization in Python with Django and SciPy. In my spare time I'm working on a side-project for fun in PHP (using CodeIgniter).
I like to draw inspiration and ideas from other programming paradigms and languages, especially functional programming languages like Erlang, Scala, Haskell, and LISP.
