If you go to someone's Stacks page (e.g. https://www.ohloh.net/accounts/vovkasm/stacks) and mouse over the icons of the projects they use, the tooltip is the same for each icon (e.g. "My OSS Picks" in ... [More] this case). It would be more informative if the tooltip text were the title of that project. [Less]

OK, but the UI is not at the best of intuitiveness. I asked in #catalyst about this and other folks thought it was a bug too. Maybe separate the '-' from the tag body?

Example: at http://www.ohloh.net/tags/digikam/windows, the URL for the digikam tag actually searches for the "Windows" tag, and the URL for Windows searches for digikam.
