PostgreSQL Database Server: Postgresql ROCKS!

Besides http://www.postgresrocks.com/, take a look at http://www.wikivs.com/wiki/MySQL_vs_PostgreSQL.
PostgreSQL leaves MySQL in the mud. Yahoo uses PostgreSQL for a two-Petabyte database (http://glinden.blogspot.com/2008/05/yahoo-builds-two-petabyte-postgresql.html). What more do you want?
Mozilla Firefox: Ridiculous

While FF is a capable browser, every new version makes Firefox slower and slow. Bugs that are YEARS old don't get fixed (skipping while playing Youtube videos, for example, or a half-decent bookmark manager).
If it weren't for the plugins, I'd use Opera.
