Are yacc and lex files going to be recognized by ohloh?

No, I haven't any caps in my email address. PS At the moment I get a nice "503 Service Temporarily Unavailable" error message when I try to access the gravatar.com web site.

I am having exactly the same problem, my email address is registered there too, but it looks to me like a gravatar problem, I built the url like how it is explained here: http://site.gravatar.com/site/implement but I didn't get my avatar back.
