Hi, it would be nice to have the availability to add rules to merge different enlistments. For example the project unattended-gui has an other layout in the cvs than in svn. So it might be helpful to have some oldpath/newpath merging: oldpath: unattended-gui/ newpath: www/ that would help to make the code analysis more exacting.
