A suggestion: rather than using .ohloh, consider using .ohlohignore and having it only include "ignore" entries. People already have a strong understanding of .gitignore and the equivalents for other ... [More] version control systems, and .ohlohignore would fit right in. serialist hasn't updated in 6 months. The enlistments page says "(Failed 6 months ago.)". Doing a git clone of that URI works fine, though. Could you please kick it and get it to update? Thanks.
