Cerberus Helpdesk — Jan 2002 to Present

Chief of R&D at WebGroup Media LLC

I co-founded the project with Ben Halsted in Jan 2002. For versions up through 2.x I built out the web interface while Ben worked on the compiled e-mail parser. I was the primary developer on Cerberus Helpdesk 3.x. In 4.0 I did the research, built the framework (Devblocks), designed the architecture (plugins, DAO, API) and wrote most of the application code.
