I co-founded the project with Ben Halsted in Jan 2002. For versions up through 2.x I built out the web interface while Ben worked on the compiled email parser. I was the primary developer on Cerberus Helpdesk 3.x. In 4.x I did the research, built the framework (Devblocks), designed the architecture (plugins, DAO, API) and wrote most of the application code. I led research and development on both 5.x and 6.x.
