      <description>Flashback is a backup application for MidnightBSD, FreeBSD, Linux and Mac OS X.  It runs as a daemon in the background and has a web interface for management.  It allows you to create tarballs of existing directories or files on a schedule.  

It has been written in C++ and started as a software engineering project at Eastern Michigan University. Byron Heads, Chris Tubbs, and Lucas Holt created flashback.</description>
