You already have a position on this project

This search http://www.ohloh.net/accounts/search?q=tim+bunce&x=0&y=0 shows two "Tim Bunce"s. They are both me. One is my account http://www.ohloh.net/accounts/4675 with several associated ... [More] projects. The other is http://www.ohloh.net/projects/4515/contributors/51884 and relates only to Perl. So I click on http://www.ohloh.net/projects/4515/contributors/51884 and then "I am this person". I get a message saying "You already have a position on this project. Ohloh supports only one position per project. Edit the aliases table instead." If I already have a position on this project, why were two "Tim Bunce"s shown in the search results? Shouldn't they have been merged? As far as I can tell, "Add a New Alias" doesn't address the underlying problem here. (Could the problem be related to the fact that http://www.ohloh.net/projects/4515/contributors/51884 has been given Kudos?) Can someone enlighten me? [Less]
