I signed up using a name I commonly use which is gcasa. It happens to be the same one I used on the open source projects I have contributed to. So now, instead of a rating of 7, I have a rating of 1 since it doesn't see my previous rating.
Is there a way to fix this?
Thanks, GC
Hi gcasa,
The issue you're seeing is that we only update KudoRanks once per day (it's pretty expensive).
The rating of "7" is still tied to the underlying code contribution, but your account still has the default rating of "1".
After the new KudoRank calculations are computed tonight, the "7" rating from the underlying code will be transfered to your account, and you'll see the result you expect.
