footer not at bottom of page!!!!!!

Hi: I have the site build but the footer of every page except for the index.php stays just under the main area and not at the bottome of the page. Does anyone have a fix for that or possible suggestion. I sure thank you for your help.

I am using oscommerce and php5 on apache.
