I've been trying for the past 2 days to add a new project and it always fails when submitting the form. No specific error is given.
This problem is browser and OS independent.
I noticed the new "Project Manager" option at the end of the form: I didn't have problems before that one showed up. Could it be related?

I'm having the same problem. Some news links on the homepage lead to the same error message actually.

Thanks for the reporting the problem. We are investigating this now.
Yes, it does seem related to the new project manager option, but it's not 100% consistent across all users, so we are still investigating.

It's independant of the project manager option for me. :(
Also, concerning the announcements on the homepage as well as the announcements page ( https://www.ohloh.net/announcements ), clicking ANY of them leads me to an error page.

Sorry for the inconvenience. I fixed two bugs that prevented project creation.
One related to the project manager option and the other related to specifying a license during creation.
Please let us know if you still have trouble creating projects.
