Also, how long does it generally take before aliases take effect? I'm asking because of. https://www.ohloh.net/p/gentoo/aliases https://www.ohloh.net/p/exherbo/aliases

Hi Ingmar,
There were some errors on our end that prevented exherbo and paludis from updating. I've corrected the problems and scheduled new updates.
Aliases usually only take a few minutes to update, but we've been having some trouble with our update queue this week. There are a lot of jobs in the queue, and it might take until Monday for things to clear up again.
Gentoo in particular might take a while to update, since it's such a large project with so many repositories.
I'll keep an eye on these projects to make sure they go through.
