Tags are mixed up in search by tag page

Example: at http://www.ohloh.net/tags/digikam/windows, the URL for the digikam tag actually searches for the "Windows" tag, and the URL for Windows searches for digikam.

That's because clicking on a tag removes it from the filter, hence the '-' sign.

OK, but the UI is not at the best of intuitiveness. I asked in #catalyst about this and other folks thought it was a bug too. Maybe separate the '-' from the tag body?
