Hello,
I'm the owner of the Omni ERP project https://www.ohloh.net/p/omnierp. Since last week the code analysis have been reporting 42 files in gpl v2. I talked with the people working in the project and no one know where they might be coming from. Can you please provide me some information about witch files are containing header information in gpl v2 ?
Hi João,
The files in question are in these directories:
plugins/gui/purchases/consignements/form/tab/general_information/
plugins/gui/human_resources/employees/form/tab/advanced_information/
The problem is that these file headers refer to the GNU "Advanced" Public License. Our system doesn't recognize the "Advanced" license, so it simply assigns the default GPL v2 license to the code.
Googling for "GNU Advanced Public License" turned up zero results. What is the intention of this license declaration?
Thanks, Robin
Hi Robin,
Tanks for the quick response. Of course there is no GNU Advanced Public License :). This was a search and replace problem. It was also what I was expecting, that is why I asked for you help finding the files.
Again thanks for the help provided,
João
