Apache JAMES jSPF Enlistment Stuck

Hi

The enlistment for https://www.ohloh.net/p/apache-jspf seems to be stuck. The actual download ('svn co http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/james/jspf/trunk') works fine for me.

So - as requested on the page - I'm raising this on here.
