Fink dists stuck for 28 days

The problem seems to be in the :pserver:anonymous:@fink.cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/fink dists repository.

It's simply too large and slow for us to download. After weeks of work our servers managed to download less that 20% of the revisions. A checkout of a single revision appeared to take upwards of an hour.

I suspect that this repository is full of very large binaries -- either that or the CVS server is simply overworked.

Unfortunately, it's very difficult for us to create mirrors of very large or very old CVS repositories.

Removing this CVS enlistment should free up the project so that at least the Subversion enlistments can be tracked.
