I have restarted the updates for Symfony. It's running now, but may take a few days to go through. I'll keep an eye on it.

We are not having much luck downloading the history of the plugins directory -- it's so large that our checkout requests are timing out.
Keep in mind that from Ohloh's point of view, each branch and tags directory looks like an entire directory full of code, so when you include these directories in the Ohloh report, it can lead to a runaway explosion in the size of the code we must process.
You'll probably have better luck enlisting individual trunk directories for specific plugins. Trying to import the entire plugins respository with all of its branches and tags in a single pass is almost certainly going to swamp our system.
Even if we eventually manage to build a report of the entire tree, the metrics will be vastly inflated because of the duplicate code contained in the branches and tags directories.
