I am unable to add myself to the Colloquy project. When visiting it, there are two contributors: Myself (rjek) and somebody else. Clicking on the rjek link, and then the "I am this person" link, it will not allow me to add myself to the project, with the error "No recognized committer with that name.", even though that part of the form was filled out for me.
Any ideas?

Found the problem!
We had 2 projects named Colloquy:
We have an outstanding bug to fix: make project names unique - but we haven't gotten around to it yet. Anyway - to avoid this problem I've added "talking server" to the Colloquy you've contributed to. It should work now. My apologies for the frustrations...
eeks! you caught my interim reply that I subsequently edited out. Mea culpa! I actually used the Colloquy OSX client ;-).

Aha :) Yes - I was first with the name, but second to getting on Freshmeat :) It does occationally cause confusions. Thanks for your help.

Perhaps a bit off-topic, but Jason, were the names of the projects identical before you changed them?

Lars: Yes - they were identical (save for the capitalization of the first 'C'). How I wish we'd added unique names a long time ago...
Rjek: I apologize for changing your project's name instead of the "other" colloquy. We don't have any set rules here at Ohloh about managing the project names - but common tells me that since the irc chat client seems more popular it should get the simpler name. I realize its not really fair to you (being the first Colloquy) - but it seems fair-er to the majority of other users of Ohloh users.
Note that I'm not against someone appending "irc client" to the other Colloquy's name either tho ;-).

I also have this problem with committer joey on ikiwiki. AFAIK there's only one project by that name in here .. though there's also a tikiwiki..
