"cfunge and efunge bzr repo fetch failures"

The same applies to this project: https://www.ohloh.net/p/efunge/enlistments.
I believe the reason for this is that the repository format was upgraded from pack-0.92 to the more recent 2a format a few days before the indicated timepoint of the failure.
Presumably you need to refetch it from scratch? At least http://doc.bazaar.canonical.com/latest/en/upgrade-guide/index.html#migrating-local-branches-after-a-central-trunk-has-migrated seems to indicate that.

I have performed the necessary operations on both cfunge and efunge.
Both projects look ok now and you should be all set :)
