Hello there,
Is there anyway to merge thomas.moulard into the thomas_moulard (I want to keep thomas_moulardat the end)?
Another solution would be to have a way to "unclaim" contribution so that I can empty the unused account.
Is there any way to do this? Thanks!
Thomas,
The "Aliases" function for each project can redirect commits from one ID into another. The change won't be reflected for about 24 hours once it goes into effect. See the meta.ohloh.net area for hints and especially the FAQ section. You can also search the forums for user hints and experience. Let me know here if you don't find the info you're looking for.
Thanks!
Sorry, what I mean is merging on the Ohloh side, not on the project side.
If I am not mistaken, what you suggest is using alias so that commit dones with different names are unified.
This is not what I want. In my case, I have two Ohloh accounts (one created by mistake) and I want to merge them. This is independent with the commits I've done AFAIK. Is there anyway to do this?
Thomas,
I suspect that too can be accomplished, though I don't have any experience with it. I'll pass the request on to somebody who can help.
Thanks!
