"My project's repositories have not been updated for a long time"
None of the repositories for the project Orchard have been updated for a month now.
Is it possible you check what's going on there ?

The problem is an "HTTP Error 500: URL Rewrite Module Error." It appears to be coming from the Internet Information Server instance at Codeplex. Please can you inquire of them if there's a problem at their end or check any support forums they may offer?
I know their subversion emulation has issues off-and-on and I wonder if problems also exist with their Mercurial repositories. Let me know.
