As far as I know the user name/password can't be retrieved through the web interface. Probably Ohloh just warns that the credentials will become "public information" to be one the safe side if they should expose it accidentally.
Well actually Ohloh exposes the credentials in through their API (https://www.ohloh.net/p//enlistments.xml?api_key=...).
However that won't help you because Ohloh can't retrieve the source code either (enlistment failed on year ago). I'd say the project is just closed down and the source is not accessible anymore from googlecode.
