Remove the LaTeX code

Somebody enlisted a wrong repository for the LaTeX project (LaTeX doesn't have a public repository). I removed it but the contributions seem to stay in the database forever, leading to false project remarks among other things. Please remove the LaTeX code entirely. Thank you!
