able to filter autoconf generated files etc

i know it's somehow hard to recognize what is derived (generated) files and what isn't. and someone might also update the files that initialized by tools, like aclocal.m4.

but it's still nice if ohloh try to recognize them, it's just not fair to count generated lines.

true, but then no sane projects should have generated files committed...

yeah, but someone commited it before realized the issue, and there's some file that have to be generated and commited, like bootstraping ZendEngine/zend_vm_execute.h etc
