Should the OpenJDK project split in OpenJDK6 and OpenJDK7? I think currently we see the double size because both project are added to one.

Well, really Ohloh should maybe handle the ability to mark an enlistment as a 'release' versus 'trunk' and you should be able to view just code analysis stats for specific releases.
Right now the way ohloh is designed it should only ever have the 'trunk' enlistment to avoid the double counting problem you mentioned.
I've entered an issue on our side so we don't lose track of this problem.
I've split them in 3 now - OpenJDK (i.e. 8), OpenJDK 7(and updates) and OpenJDK 6.
