I submitted the Apache Axis2 project. In the factoids for the project it says:
"Some source code may be covered by the PHP License, which is incompatible with the GNU General Public License (GPL). Some source code may be covered by the Apache Software License, which is incompatible with the GNU General Public License (GPL)."
Yet, under licenses it only mentions the Apache license. Why the warnings about the PHP and GPL licenses when they weren't detected?
Sorry for delay. I suspect the reason is that the project may have contained such licenses AT SOME POINT but these licenses have since been removed. The factoid still warns about the fact even though we don't show any current occurrences. Kinda arcane and unexpected, i agree. We'll look into fixing it.
