A minor bug, in case no one else has mentioned it: In Ohloh's rendering of registered RSS feeds, "+" characters seem to get omitted.

Hi braden,
This might be an easy fix -- I suspect that we're getting confused somewhere in the whole XML unescape/HTML escape sequence.
Do you happen to have a specific RSS feed in mind so I can look at exactly how this is encoded in the incoming feed?
