Provide Markdown Syntax help for new topics

Hi there,

I've just created a new post, and I've noted that it's pretty annoying not to have markdown help available directly from tis new topic page, as is normally available when replying to an existing form.

I actually had to delete my first post as embedded urls were not directly "urlified", but from the new topic page I had no help available to know how to format an url.

Please add the same help that is available on any existing forum post when creating a new post.

Actually, this would also be necessary when editing a message. I have just had the occasion to test this:

I had written a message in which I put an url, thinking that it would be linkified automatically. When the message got displayed, it was just text, so I click on the "edit" link. But from there I had no help message telling me how to linkify an url. I had to open another tab, navigate back to the mesage to see the "Markdown help" section that appears down a discussion...

It would really be useful if this help section was available both from new messages and from the edit pages.
