If ohloh allowed adding an url to a blog feed to a person's profile page, like it does for projects, then it would be possible to aggregate together blogs of people associated with a project, producing many different Planets (like the existing Planet Gnome, Planet Debian etc).
Take it one step further and allow aggregating all posts of all contributors of all projects in your stack, and the result could be quite interesting.
