This may be my own personal bias speaking, but I think low quality code-bases tend to distribute files and lines of code in telling ways. Two indicators spring to mind: a project where some files have way more code than others, and a project where you get maybe 8,000 lines of code per file. Either case is a little scary ;)
Would it make sense to take that into account with the code analysis feature? I think it could be a useful metric to go along with comments.
