is l2jfree legal in greece???

hello there.. a few questions about l2j... i have opened an internet cafe in greece and some guys created and developed an l2 server with l2jfree pack xp X5000 so.... can i host the server from my internet cafe or will i have probs with ncsoft etc etc etc...??? pls give me some sites with rules and expiriences.. ty ty ty allot
