What happened to Jason Allen?

Good question! The acquisition has much to do my absence, but in the opposite way than you speculate.

I am now managing the software engineering teams for sourcegforge.net, ohloh & slashdot. I've been ramping up on the job: meeting the team, learning the process & technologies.

An important part of my work is also to think of where all these websites should be going. I'm happy to share my thoughts on this - but I don't want to bore you ;-).

In short: I apologize for my absence. I plan to open a more direct communication channel soon. I'll make an announcement here when I do.
