Fixed icon size calculations for scaling and positioning
Fixed many slice width calcuation issues and active zone
calculations
Made it possible to resize the widget while is shown
Counter rotation can now be turned off
Prepped code for adding per slice scaling and various other
animations.
Added set active and detached active from hover to allow
the developer to open the menu on an active element or
rotate to an active element.
