Get rid of DirectX math in Matrix4d, Plane2d and Frustum classes using just C# and Lutz Roeder's Mapack lib for LuDecomposition. This may be the first steps towards eventual GL port. Vector3d will follow after implementation of Project and UnProject methods.

Fix for "Error in the application." should not cancel resize event if the control is not visible, this can happen and will cause the window to never render correctly if Dapple is started anew.

This will hopefully solve the "Error in the application." exception some people are still getting in the Microsoft.DirectX.Direct3D.Device.Reset call by preventing it until the device is cooperating again.
