Add some help menu items that lead back to the websites. Change the image list to 32bit for better appearance and update WMS and TileServer icons.

Clean up some unused statics. Also use Log directory under Local Settings\Application Data\DappleData instead of old location which used company name. Centralizes all per-user files to Local Settings. Roaming users would likely need different settings (e.g. Cache path) anyway for each system where they use Dapple
