MPRIS-compliant media players remote control library
The Media Player Remote Interfacing Specification is an attempt to unify the current free desktop's media players' IPC interfaces using dbus. It provides methods and signal to achieve basic control and status querying over the bus.
This C library wraps the low level dbus C API to provide a more straight forward way to remote-control media players that implement the mpris whithout need to use the glib or Qt dbus bindings nor to struggle with low level dbus C functions.
