Improved the management of content from skin features by adding the new {{{addToPageHead}}}, {{{addToPageStart}}} and {{{addToPageEnd}}} methods of the {{{SimpleSite_SkinManager_Skin}}} class: this effectively allows any script to add contents to those parts of the current frame template. The related templates are mandatory though, requiring an update of any existing templates.

Fixed handling of boolean configuration values and function return values to avoid conflicts between the real value of an option and whether it exists or not. Does not affect the API, internal changes only.

Added an extra check for the BBCode template folder to avoid halting the entire site when the folder does not exist. In that case, the BBCode functionality is simply disabled and a notice generated.
