This is an add-on project to TortoiseSVN. TortoiseSVN is a very good GUI for controlling Subversion via the Windows shell.
It has one feature missing (though it could have been done easily ... dunno why the developers did not add that) ... which is giving full access to the GUI via the svn:// URL scheme
WikiSVN is a small utility on top of TortoiseSVN that implements the sv: (note not svn: ) url scheme which can be used on wikis and websites. It should be very useful to do many subversion activities for groups via websites.
It even invokes the regular Windows Explorer on the working folder. So it is a neat little file and version control manager, all done throug the web.
