Change resultModel check. Now the whole resultModel is checked and not only the localPart. Prefix 'om:' is required. GetObs for SpatialObservatio mobile and not mobile. Some hard coded 'constants' now real constants. Methods for SELECT and FROM (mobile), to reduce code and easier maintenance.
