Scripts which allow a linux system to enforce a system of "bandwidth fairness" where users who have used more bandwidth in a 24 hour period get a lower proportion of the available bandwidth than those who have not used much bandwidth today.
Uses existing Kernel Modules (HTB, SFQ, iptables,) perl, and mysql to do the accounting and enforce the traffic shaping.
Ohloh computes statistics on FOSS projects by examining source code and commit history in source code management systems. This project has code locations but that location contains no recognizable source code for Ohloh to analyze.
