Setting up a new HTPC/server/game pc connected to an old (and tiny, 15 inch) 4:3 TV inspired me to do some work on Blue3.

I have a lot of plugins installed and loads of them were not natively supported by Blue3, so I dug around in these forums to find some skin files of the ones that were missing or looking really bad, to use as a headstart. I started editing the skin files that were not working very well on my screen. I've got everything working (functionally) now so I decided to release this to the community, maybe someone has some use for this :)

Since my screen is so small (running 1024x768 res) I have done some adjustments for readability's sake.
