Commit Comment: Get rid of full_copy and relentless_delete.
These functions are overly specific to be given the privilege, honor and special status of being in bootstrap.php
They aren't typically needed in 99% of the code in any project (that's what kind of stuff should go into bootstrap)
They are used nowhere except in casco_cvc and that module doesn't work anymore anyway, so who cares (we can put it in there somewhere when we decide to revive it)
