I have resolved your reported bugs. They have been checked in here to codeplex, but will not be available in a binary until tonights nightly build available at http://ccnetconfig.org. Thank you for taking the time to submit these bugs.

Hi,
using the issue tracker I submitted 4 bugs I had to resolve in order to process my manually written config file correctly. I discovered that at least one issue ("root" to "sourcecontrol") was reported and fixed already - sorry for that.

As noted by the automated response, i have added this as an Issue. I will attempt to figure out what the problem is but I do not have an x64 available currently troubleshoot.
